Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on orders.

Each piece carries intention, energy, and time.

✅ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

1. Include videos of the damaged item while opening the parcel

2. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or repair where applicable
